Fall Play:

November 12-14, 2026: Our Town 

A blank stage. Performers in blacks, led by a Stage Manager, warmly introduce us to the town and citizens of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire. Through witnessing the everyday lives of normal folks, humor, heartache, and beauty are revealed to be hiding in every crevice. Even though the play is almost 90 years old, following George and Emily through childhood, love, and loss, has never felt so relatable and urgent. Our Town quietly and magically reminds us to appreciate the moments we often take for granted

Musical:

March 11-13 and 18-20 (yes, two weekends!): Les Misérables  

A daytime matinee for cluster schools may also be offered.

Based on Victor Hugo’s epic novel and featuring some of musical theatre’s most powerful and unforgettable songs, Les Misérables is a sweeping story of love, sacrifice, redemption, and revolution. Set against the backdrop of 19th-century France, this beloved musical brings together unforgettable characters in a story about the enduring power of hope and the human spirit.

Talent Show:

April 23-25: Talent Show 2k27 SuperNova  The tradition continues! Talent Show 2k27 will be a platform for music, dance, and spectacle to highlight what Whitman Drama truly has to offer. Featuring songs that explore themes of dreaming and reality, magic and transformation, restrictions and fantasies, this year's Talent Show will be a rapturous exploration of how music, performance, and spectacle can change us all. will showcase the diverse musical and performative talents Whitman has to offer (no rehearsal April 21st)

May 13-15: One Acts presents an intimate 99-seat black box theater on the auditorium stage, featuring small scenes and musical numbers that showcase the hidden talents and multifaceted interests of Whitman Drama.  

The production will feature student writing and directing, showcasing Whitman Drama's raw dramatic talent.
