PARENT - GUARDIAN - SPONSOR FORMS

Parent Form + Participation Fee Payment

To make productions happen, a Participation Fee is requested for each show. The Participation Fee is the same for each student involved in each show (All Cast and Performers, Production Staff, Tech Teams).

The Fee covers meals provided during the final week of rehearsals, a show shirt, the post-show after-party, posters, programs, the end-of-season party, purchase and/or rental of much-needed equipment, and other vital materials the school doesn't cover.

PARTICIPATION FEES SHOULD NOT BE PAID UNTIL A STUDENT HAS RECEIVED NOTIFICATION AS BEING PART OF THE COMPANY.

PARTICIPATION FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Play

$150 Actor, Tech Crew, Production Staff

Musical

$150 Actors, Tech Crew, Pit Orchestra, Production Staff

Talent Show

$150 Skit Acting Team (actors, writers), Act Member (dance, musician, vocals), Tech Crew, Production Staff
