This form is required for any student to participate in a Whitman Drama production. Please fill out all required boxes.
Each student will be asked to create a bio to be put in the program. A bio is a short blurb about yourself so that the audience can learn about each member of the company. Bios are not required but they are highly encouraged.
Cast will sign this contract AND the General Participant Contract. A parent/guardian signature is required as well. This form is to be signed by ACTORS, CHEER and DRUMLINE as they will attend cast rehearsals. This contract may be submitted to the production director.
ALL participants in the production will sign this contract. It requires a parent/guardian signature as well. This contract is submitted electronically.

Want to show your appreciation for the hard work and talent of your student? Do it with a shout-out ad in the show program. Shout-outs can be a few lines of simple text or a page with multiple photos or art—or anything in-between. Don't worry about the design--we will do it FOR YOU!
Students love the encouragement, and shout-out ads provide critical funding that helps Whitman Drama pay for our sets, props, lights, sound equipment, and other integral elements of the program.
Promote your business or congratulate a cast or crew member—while also supporting theater education at Whitman—with an ad in Whitman Drama’s show programs.
Program advertising is a smart way for your business to spread your message to an average of 3,000 members of the Whitman community per production and 9,000 annually. What’s more, you’ll be serving the important role of community partner for your local school.
Affordable rates start at just $30.98, and are even more cost-effective when you reserve your space for the season. Plus, we’ll design your ad if needed, at no additional cost!
Use this google sheet to find fellow musicians to help you put the perfect act together!
